We have recently finished installing a 80x30ft galvanised steel frame lambing building complete with awning and a secure feed room.
We excavated the over-site, reducing the levels and connected both electric and water services to the building. The inside has been concreted and the building was finished off with a stone track to the front.
The building offers a great space for lambing, with higher eaves and Yorkshire boarding the barn creates a perfect space for the livestock with great air circulation. We have also included a secure bay for machinery/feed with an electric roller door and security personnel door.
The entire project has been completed by the Solstice Equestrian Projects team.
The client required a 100x60ft grain store for which we covered the entire planning application on their behalf. We undertook all of the groundwork including bulk excavation of over-site, footings and soak-away services as well as all concreting.
This particular building has a galvanised steel frame, internal pre-stressed panels with spill plates, a galvanised 3-phase roller door, and streamline gutters and barges.
The
customer also required a concrete apron to the front of the building with a
'wet tip bay'
The result is a fantastic purpose built unit which provides a functional solution to every step required for efficient grain storage.
Stalbridge Machinery Store
The customers required a steel framed building to provide storage for garden machinery and vehicles that also met planning requirements.
We fabricated and provided a steel portal frame, and completed all ground works and drainage services by excavating some 2000 tons of spoil before digging and pouring footings/set bolts. We installed concrete panels, castle boarding, a tin roof and finished with a polished concrete floor.
The result is a practical building that is hidden in its surroundings.
